Appraisals are researched, written and mailed to the home owner/applicant with every effort made toward the speediest possible turnaround time.
COMMUNICATION: In the event that any problem or difficulties arise, Gerald Goldman or one of his staff will immediately convey the particulars to the client, homeowner or applicant. This includes any deviation from the normal schedule or from assured timeliness. Clients are additionally assured of quick responses regarding addenda, corrections, additional information and/or any other follow up.
